
GETTING TO KNOW YOU
The Roddis Communications approach is collaborative. An initial meeting with the client offers an opportunity for general discussions on where the organization is, what it has done, where it wants to go and what it wants to accomplish. A series of questions will be provided by the facilitator to elicit factual and emotional information about the organization and its mission. This information is collected and provides the foundation for further discussions and discoveries.
REVIEW & RESEARCH
Upon completion of the initial meeting we will begin the research phase of the project, collecting and organizing the thoughts developed in the kickoff meetings, as well as looking at class leading examples from similar organizations. Using your insights we will take a look at what is appropriate to your specific market, and what communication styles and content will appeal to your target markets.


PLANNING AHEAD
A complete marketing plan that includes clear expectations for the year will help keep your marketing activities on track. We can provide scheduled marketing activites and projected costs for each quarter of the year, along with suggestions for how to ensure that project outcomes are tracked and measured for effectiveness.
MONITORING RESULTS
When you work with us, you're not just getting a plan, you're getting a business partner. We can facilitate quarterly meetings to plan in greater detail the campaigns and tracking mechanisms for the upcoming quarter, and review the results of the previous quarter’s campaigns. We are available to support your team with the design and execution of marketing projects including creative concepts, implementation and timing, or tracking and measurement.
