A recent client used the expression “one throat to choke” to describe her frustration with having to run through multiple suppliers when a problem came up. Ultimately she wanted someone to be responsible for the issue and take charge of fixing it, whether it was her website, hosting configuration, digital marketing campaigns or social media strategy.
