About The Client
The Marci at 35 is a new, quality apartment building on a private cul de sac in the Parks at West Bedford. The client, JetCo Properties, is an expert developer who wanted to promote the building’s top quality construction and location. With an opening scheduled for March 2021, they wanted to let their target market know about the rental opportunity.
The Situation
Construction was finalized throughout the COVID-19 pandemic which restricted normal showroom and marketing opportunities. JetCo Properties was looking for a way to establish a clean, modern presence online and be seen by its target market of mature professionals beginning to downsize. The Marci at 35 needed a clear digital marketing plan – how to get and hold attention in an increasingly busy online world – and they needed it as soon as possible. They chose Roddis Communications because they felt Roddis’ depth of experience and ability to listen would get them a working plan on their timeline.
The Solution
Roddis Communications worked with JetCo Properties to better understand their ideal renter and the timelines for getting applications in and processed. They provided a marketing strategy which included a logo, brand identity, a website with clear calls to action and a modern presence and communications plan. In tandem, a digital marketing strategy was put in place to make the most of social media – placing clever and sophisticated ads on Google & Facebook. For under $500 of ad spend, the 4 week campaign generated an overall website traffic increase of 830% with a significant increase in repeat visitors – showing that people came back multiple times. The Marci also received a 100% increase in online applications over the previous month.
